As a civilian, she also built experience in quality control as a team lead and in marketing as a project manager, further strengthening her organizational, leadership, and client-focused skills.
Devon Browne, Kirstin’s father and business partner, supports K&D behind the scenes with administrative structure, operational guidance, and business strategy.
